The ability to be hired includes specialized knowledge skills needed in any job. These skills allow people to enter the workforce in a flexible and adaptive manner. Factors that make it possible to be hired are related to broad knowledge of the profession self-management skills such as analytical skills recognizing one s own and others emotions to manage emotions well in the relationship with other individuals personal attributes including learning skills information-receiving and processing skills problem-solving skills and effective communication skills oral and written collaborative skills creativity and innovation skills. The article uses secondary data from researches on Google Scholar and the Internet to analyze the conceptual framework of graduates employability to develop a framework applicable for Vietnam.
