Methods Prospective study case series description. The patients diagnosed with urethral stricture after hypospadias repair. Results From October 2013 to January 2022 49 patients suffered from urethral stricture with an average age of 8 years were reoperated. Technique Resection of the stenosed urethra then making the anastomosis in 3 patients . Expanding the stenosed urethra by Y-V plasty in 3 patients and patch by skin graft in 5 patients . Reconstruction of the urethra by Duplay technique in 9 patients and by full thickness skin graft in 29 patients . Success rate was 38 49 complication was 11 49 including the urethral stricture 4 49 urethral fistula 6 49 and penile curvature 2 1 49 . Conclusion According to the severity degree the length of the stenosed urethra and quality of the peno-scrotal skin in order to choose the preferable operating technique that has the hight successful rate for management of the urethral stricture.
