Suburban areas are able to provide very low-cost housing for workers. We believe that applying LR method to suburban areas will preserve traditional values as well as create sustainable living environment for residents. However in order to apply this method successfully it is necessary to have a process of learning experiences and profound changes in the process of implementing the planning project.
