tailieunhanh - A study on social capital and job issues of graduates in a transitional economy of Vietnam

This paper will analyze the ways in which social capital have impacts on the job of graduates through the whole process of job seeking. In doing so, we use a mixed methodology which includes (i) quantitative method with 549 observations; (ii) qualitative method with a sample of 13 respondents involved in in-depth interviews. We conclude that the use of network in many different forms is still fruitful for job seekers. |
