The entire Published 24 11 2023 amount of Residential Solid Household Waste. generated by the University in general and the Residential Solid Household Waste from the student dormitory in particular has not been classified. Therefore a Design and KEYWORDS Testing Model for waste classification program at Halong University s Waste sorting dormitories has been developed and tested to initially assess current status of solid household waste and the effectiveness of the model and its scalability Household waste throughout the university. This initiative aims to contribute to improving Current status of residential environmental management and reducing costs associated with waste Student dormitory collection transportation and disposal for the University. The research team used on-site survey methods secondary data collection experimental Ha Long university methods and data processing through the Waste classification program testing model. The coefficients for the generation of organic waste recyclable waste and household waste were and respectively. These are the basis for Halong University to develop a university-wide Waste classification program implementation plan and issue standard guidelines for the Waste classification program implementation process to be applied across the entire university.
