In addition the results of flavonoid and phenolic quantification Flavonoid showed that all 3 provinces recorded the highest concentration in King mandarin orange juice followed by flavedo extract and the lowest in albedo Polyphenol extract. The antioxidant capacity between different parts of oranges can be arranged in the following order fruit juice gt flavedo extract gt albedo extract. But in general oranges Tra Vinh have high antioxidant activity including peel and juice .
