The data was analyzed by SPSS Results Total the patients had got pressure injuries on two year assessing process were 193 13 involved PIs in ICU were 99 and the patients with PIs came from other places were 94 .The group of patients with tracheostomy had higher rate of PIs 9 times than others without tracheostomy 49 p . Compare the rate of ulcer risk of patients at hospital admission. The rate of high and very high ulcer risk in 2019 is much lower than in 2018.
