In the present investigation, an attempt was made to isolate endophytic fungi from rice plant (Oryza sativa L.). A total of 48 fungi were isolated from 288 segments, from 4 varieties (Gitanjali, Hiranyamayee, Khandagiri and Lalat) of rice plant (Oryza sativa L). The coloniczation frequency of the endophytic fungi were observed to be and in leaf and stem respectively. |
