The Enterprises activities study investigates and analyzes the current situation of co-training between a training cooperation private number of private universities and enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City. The universities management survey results show that the joint training activities were conducted at an situation average level by both sides Considering the overall 6 areas of the training process the results regarding the private universities were better than that of the business side. Accordingly the author makes some recommendations to improve the effectiveness of cooperation between stakeholders in human resource training. This is an inevitable requirement based on the educational principle Learning goes hand in hand with practice education with productive labor . 1. Mở đầu Đến những năm đầu của thế kỉ XXI vấn đề xã hội hóa giáo dục nói chung giáo dục đại học ĐH nói riêng đã được Đảng và Nhà nước quan tâm. Tại Nghị quyết số 05 2005 NQ-CP ngày 18 4 2005 về việc đẩy mạnh xã hội hóa các hoạt động giáo dục Chính phủ đã khuyến khích thành lập trường ĐH trong các tập đoàn các doanh nghiệp DN lớn nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả đào tạo nguồn nhân lực tạo ra sự gắn kết giữa nhà trường và DN. Trong định hướng phát triển xã hội hóa trong lĩnh vực giáo dục Chính phủ .
