The objective of this study is to explore the views of school and local community Keywords representatives on stakeholder engagement in extracurricular activities. The extracurricular educational study was carried out at a junior high school in Thuong Tin district Hanoi activities lower secondary city. From the interview data of 10 people including school managers schools stakeholders teachers representatives of local organizations and individuals the research engagement results show that the issue of engaging parents in extra-curricular educational activities proved to be the biggest challenge for schools. In addition altering the teachers personal perception of extracurricular educational activities intensifying the principal s supervision and improving the efficiency of promotional activities to the local community are also points for consideration to enhance stakeholder engagement. The study has practical significance and is the basis for further studies to come up with solutions to engage stakeholders in extracurricular activities. 1.
