Experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of different ethrel concentrations and storage periods on dormancy breaking in groundnut. Control (C1) and three ethrel concentrations; C2- 25 ppm, C3-50 ppm, C4- 75 ppm were evaluated for four different storage periods; S1-7 days after harvest, S2-14 days after harvest, S3-21 days after harvest and S4-28 days after harvest in freshly harvested groundnut dormant varieties, GG-11 and GG-20 and compared their performance with that of non-dormant variety, GG-7. | Role of ethrel and storage in dormancy breaking in groundnut (Arachis hypogaea L.)
