Bài viết trình bày xác định giá trị tiên lượng tử vong của thang điểm SNAP cho trẻ sơ sinh. Methods A descriptive cross sectional study with vertical track was carried out on 120 infants hospitalized within 24 hours old in NICU of Pediatrics Thai Nguyen National Hospital from July to December 2020. Results Mortality rate was 18.3 . Most of them were males below 12 hours old 67.5 below 37 weeks 69.2 the weight below 2500 grams 62.5 normal birth 57.5 . SNAP point greater than or equal to 21 points often had high mortality rate of 83.3 . The ones had points from 0 to 5 have lower mortality rate of 1.9 . The higher the SNAP point was the higher the mortality rate was. When the SNAP point was above 12 it had death prognosis with sensitivity of 77.3 and specificity of 94.9 . Acreage below curve ROC was 0.922 with p12 has a sensitivity and specificity là 77.3 and 94.9 in predicting death respectively. Area under the curve of SNAP was 0 922.
