The main purpose of this communication is to identify and critically assess the most current models and methods of measuring B2C online logistics service quality in comparison with the B2B offline settings. We also discuss past work in the conceptualization and measurement models and explore the commonly associated business-to-consumer (B2C) dimensions proposed in the last decades. |
