The regression analysis indicates that the area under rapeseed-mustard is positively and significantly increasing in Raipur (R = 0.70**), Durg (R = 0.65**), Rajnandgaon (R = 0.71**) and Surguja(R = 49*) districts because it is an irrigated crop, so increase irrigation facilities in these districts, have led to increase in cultivation of rapeseed-mustard.
