This article discusses the use of the posterior arm flap (PAF), an often-overlooked option in axillary reconstruction. However, this is a fasciocutaneous flap with many advantages: A constant vascular pedicle, flexible mobility, simple flap dissection, large skin flap, no destruction of the donor site, especially suitable for cases with excessive skin on the arms. |
