This study explores the impacts of demographics (age, gender, and experience) on determinants of Internet banking adoption by the small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The model UTAUT with seven determinants including facilitating conditions, social influence, price value, anxiety, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and behavioural intention has been developed and tested to figure out how the demographics impact on those determinants of internet banking adoptions of SMEs. |
