This study aims to demonstrate results of an observation on the implementation of the ICT application policies in education. The study is going to provide the reader with the history of some policies on the application of ICT in education. The results of implementing these policies during the preparation phase of the educational reform period in Vietnamese general education. Some aspects were analyzed such as the investments in ICT infrastruture and teachers’ readiness in using ICT for teaching. |
