This study aims at identifying the characteristics of Myanmar container terminals through a comparative analysis with Vietnamese seaports, which benefit stakeholders in both countries and other maritime nations in the region. From a literature review, we define the comparison framework of five dimensions, i.e. port infrastructure, port connectivity, port management, port operation and port charge. The conclusion and recommendation for container port development in are given accordingly from the perspective stakeholders in Myanmar. |
