In this paper, we would like to look at the strength and weaknesses of Vietnam’s economy through a conceptual framework offered by Louis O.Kelso and Mortimer J.Adler with their “economic justice” concept, which is presented in The Capitalist Manifesto (1958). Economic justice, according to their views, consists of 3 principles: Principle of Distribution, Principle of Participation and Principle of Limitation. We will focus on the Principle of Distribution, and uses it to assess the worrisome income inequality situation in Vietnam, especially its negative consequences considering the distribution of healthcare. | Distribution in a just economy and the case of Vietnam
