Among the insecticides evaluated, diafenthiuron 50 % WP @ 1 g/l and triazophos 40 % EC @ 2 ml/l were found to be best and most effective against whitefly in sunflower. This was reflected in the total yield of diafenthiuron 50 % WP (1346 kg/ha) and triazophos 40 % EC (1301 kg/ ha) and these two treatments were on par with each other. Next superior treatments in order of priority were flonicamid 50 % WG > fipronil 5 % SC > buprofezin 25 % SC > clothianidin 50 % WG > profenophos 50 % EC > azadirachtin 0.03 %. | Int.J.Curr.Microbiol.App.Sci 2019 8 4 2885-2890 EXCELLENT PUBLISHERS International Journal of Current Microbiology and Applied Sciences ISSN 2319-7706 Volume 8 Number 04 2019 Journal homepage http www.ijcmas.com Original Research Article https doi.org 10.20546 ijcmas.2019.804.337 Chemical Management of Whiteflies in Sunflower Praveen B.
