Efficacy of three potential microbial bioagents, viz. Trichoderma viride, Bacillus thuringiensis, Pseudomonas fluorescens were evaluated against bacterial wilt of lettuce under hydroponic culture system. The microbial bioagents were tested in vitro for their antagonistic properties against Ralstonia solanacearum, the causal agent of bacterial disease in lettuce. Bioagents applied alone or as consortia, significantly reduced bacterial wilt pathogen in vitro producing varying sizes of inhibition zones in TTC medium. | Efficacy of microbial consortia against bacterial wilt caused by ralstonia solanacearum in hydroponically grown lettuce plant
