The results show that the criteria of quality pond bottom including the total carbon total nitrogen and total phosphorus is generally appropriate for the development of shrimp with C N 15 and N P 1 at early crop. The daily measured parameters pH and alkalinity is maintained in the suitable range for shrimp farming particularly alkalinity 90 mg L and the fluctuation of pH value between morning and afternoon of the day is always very low ApH . Moreover the considerable variation in the levels of nutrients total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the shrimp pond water leads to the increase or decrease the different densities of Vibrio spp. protozoa and algae. In the relation between N P ratio in the water and the elements of life in the very high concentrations of TN N P 20 the large amounts of organic waste in the pond makes the density of vibrio spp. as well as protozoa numbers increased the maximum value is 4 520 CFU ml and 33 000 cells m3 respectively . On the contrary the high levels of TP N P 5 create conditions for algae growth especially Cyanophyceae and Euglenophyceae and the highest density of total algae is 8 628 200 cells liter. Although water quality is managed moderately the residues of cypermethrin in the sediment - ppb are considered a major cause of shrimp hepatopancreas necrosis giving rise to be early harvested.
