This paper present the results of research on designing mold for vacuum infusion technique for preparation the polymer composite material. Specimens of varrious methods of vacuum technique have been prepared and their mechanical and structural properties have been studied. The results show that material obtained from vacuum assisted technique have a preciously mechanical properties, increased in average 45% in comparison with hand lay up method. The scanning electronic microscopy has been used for investigation on void appearance of composite materials. I - MỞ ĐẦU Ở nước ta vật liệu polyme compozit PC đã xuất hiện từ những năm 60 của thế kỷ trước và cho đến nay bắt đầu hình thành một ngành sản xuất độc lập tuy sản lượng chưa cao. Từ những sản phẩm ban đầu được sản xuất bằng phương pháp thô sơ nhất là lăn ép bằng tay đến nay trên thị trường đã xuất hiện các sản phẩm với công nghệ sản xuất cao cấp hơn như BMC SMC quấn sợi đúc kéo và đặc biệt là phương pháp hút chân không với những ưu điểm nổi trội như giảm độ ô nhiễm đến mức tối đa do styren bay hơi và nhựa thừa gây ra giảm nhân công một cách đáng kể giảm khấu hao khuôn mẫu do được sử dụng nhiều lần tăng năng suất và giảm giá thành của sản phẩm. Ngoài ra độ bền của vật liệu sản xuất theo phương pháp này gần như cao nhất trong các phương pháp hiện hành do giảm được độ rỗng và tăng hàm lượng sợi. .
