The FAI envisage an Ireland where everyone can participate in football throughout their lives whether as players coaches referees administrators or in any other part of the game. We also look forward to the day when our high potential players men and women are lifted by a supportive infrastructure to help them to sustain and improve upon our success to date. The FAI is 83 years-old this year and in all of that time there has never been a cohesive strategy for the long term development of players until now.
