This study estimated the environmental costs associated with the electricity demand requirements of the coal electricity sector, as a component of the long-run marginal opportunity cost (LR-MOC) of electricity production. | Electricity Pricing for North Vietnam Nguyen Van Song and Nguyen Van Hanh October 2001 Comments should be sent to Nguyen Van Song PHD Student c o Department of Economics College of Economics and Management University of the Philippines at Los Banos College Laguna 4031 Philippines.
