excluded

study
unless
they
were
under
the
age
of

 Secondary
to
the
door‐to‐door
method,
enumerators
were
placed
at
high‐traffic
locations
within
each
 survey
area.
LABB
and
Tulane
staff
members
selected
stationary
team
placements
based
on
their
 evaluation
as
a
viable
location
and
permission
from
the
location
owner.
Examples
of
viable
high‐traffic
 areas
were
grocery
stores
and
convenience
stores.
