Part A of this report will include two sections, which understand who I as a learner am; and implication for my future career choice. Firstly, definitions of ‘learning’ will be mentioned through understanding of learner. Besides, this going to find out on my own personal analyses about learning styles through four psychological tests, which are VARK, the Myers Briggs Type Indicators (MBTI), the Honey and Mumford Learning styles Questionnaire, and the Belbin Test. In addition, the comments and advices from my family and friends will help me to complete and improve my learning style by the best effective way, the past learning experiences will also be reviewed as. | Firstly, when it comes to good points, my prominent strength that VARK and Myers Briggs identified is ability and habit to take notice of details by observing. This might be an obstacle to others, yet in my case, this adds supports to my career development while I want to understand the market and customer behaviour for marketing job. On the other hand, it also depends on level of detail I concern to conclude whether this character is actually advantageous. As I explained above, if I am too extreme and overestimate situation, this will turn to disadvantage. It possibly costs me much more time to complete and sometimes, the result is not satisfied as expectation. This is what I learnt from doing assignment in general and this module in particular. Besides, Belbin test result also shows that I am very creative person, which is very suitable for marketing department’s requirements. Hence, I chosen social network media to come up and analyse for part B of this report. Moreover, I recognized that my knowledge about new information of social media marketing is not adequate enough; therefore I need to choose this topic to research and understand it deeply in order to complete my knowledge for my future career.
