Elizabeth Adeney is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Law at Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia. She holds the degrees of Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Melbourne (Arts) and from Monash University (Law) and is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Victoria.
