Francisco Orrego Vicuna is a Judge and Vice-President of the World Bank Administrative Tribunal and a member of the panels of conciliators and arbitrators of the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes ICSID . He is President and Vice-President of the Chilean Delegation to the Third United Nations Conference on the Law of the Sea a member of the Commission for the Settlement of Disputes between Chile and the United States a former Senior Legal Advisor at the Organization of American States a former member of the Inter-American Juridical Committee and a member of the Chilean commission for the Papal mediation in the dispute between Chile and Argentina.
