tailieunhanh - CROSSTALK AND INTEGRATION OF MEMBRANE TRAFFICKING PATHWAYS

This books highlights the methods and mechanisms by which epigenetics with a focus on DNA methylation can be studied and its impacts on health. In the first part, the first chapter focuses on the modeling and feedback dynamics of DNA methylation, discussing mechanisms and controlling factors as well as DNA sequences pattern analyses and histone modifications and their association with disease initiation. Most methods for detecting methylated-CpG islands rely on chemical conversion of DNA by treatment with bisulfite | CROSSTALK AND INTEGRATION OF MEMBRANE TRAFFICKING PATHWAYS Edited by Roberto Weigert Crosstalk and Integration of Membrane Trafficking Pathways Edited by Roberto Weigert Published by InTech Janeza Trdine 9 51000 Rijeka Croatia Copyright 2012 InTech All chapters are Open Access distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution license which allows users to download copy and build upon published articles even for commercial purposes as long as the author and publisher are properly credited which ensures maximum dissemination and a wider impact of our publications.
