The trade barriers actually hinder developing the export market as the fisheries contribution to material market in the country. Raw materials supply area mainly in Cat fish for export processing factories in Can Tho is developing quickly but according to experience practices have not applied the technology standard according to the regulations of the functional office about quality safety and hygiene food. Therefore to support enterprises to improve their competitive ability in developing export fisheries Can Tho built and implemented Science and Technology Program of supporting enterprises enhance competitiveness to integrate . Based on this Department of Agriculture and Rural development implemented the project Raise the competitve ability in seafood exporting development of Can Tho Province by implementing the International standard system HACCP SQF 1000 -2000CM TARGET OF PROJECT .
