Introduction This note aims to cover the major possible data entries on ISTA Orange International Seed Lot Certificates OIC and ISTA Blue International Seed Sample Certificates BIC . The numbering used in this note relates to the numbering on the examples provided as annexes attached to this document and acts as a cross reference to the relevant sections of the ISTA Rules. General OICs and BICs can only be issued by ISTA accredited member laboratories. These laboratories are ISTA member laboratories that have been accredited and authorised to issue ISTA Certificates by ISTA s Executive Committee. To report results of tests that are in the ISTA Rules the laboratory must be accredited for those tests either directly or through subcontracting to another laboratory accredited for those tests ISTA Rules .
