No. 842 of 2005 as adapted by the Transport Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister Order 2011 . No. 141 of 2011 and for the purpose of giving effect to Annex VI to the MARPOL Convention hereby make the following regulations 1. 1 These Regulations may be cited as the Sea Pollution Prevention of Air Pollution from Ships Amendment Regulations 2011. 2 These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 August 2011. 2. The Sea Pollution Prevention of Air Pollution from Ships Regulations 2010 .
