From the outset it was a request of the Cultural Foundation to make the results of the scientific investigations accessible for a broad public. Already soon after opening the first sketches, the question about the securing of the archaeological findings arose. For all involved partners it was clear that, even with the most expensive preservation methods, the architectural findings in the area could only be kept up medium-term. In order to secure the antique substance at longer term, the partners in the decision-making bodies considered establishing a protective building | Welcome Experience rural Turkish village life in a luxury villa whilst being close to the beaches and sailing. This wonderful new Architect designed individual 220 m2 luxury villa named Villa Anni has been individually designed by Nurtan Bey our Turkish architect to make the most of its natural wooded location. It has been designed and built by the same team that built our Turkish retreat Villa Nurtan sourcing craftsmen from the village. Using local labour and materials we have aimed to create a villa that is sympathetic to its surroundings. This extends to our furniture which is mostly hand-made in the village. Villa Anni is located in Keqibuku Orhaniye on the Bozburun Peninsula. It is an idyllic valley location surrounded by olive trees and hills. It is only 25 km away from bustling Marmaris yet offers a peaceful retreat for discerning families looking for a private and very special place to unwind.
