Methods Eligible pdtients hdd Stdge III oi IV oligometdstdtic NSCLC. Pdtients received ART to 63 Gy in stdnddid fidctiondtion. Pdtients received concuiient cdibopldtin AUC 6 duiing weeks 1 dnd 5 of ART dnd pemetiexed duiing weeks 1 3 5 dnd 7 of ART. The stditing dose level level 1 of pemetiexed wds 300 mg m2. Following the finding of dose limiting toxicity DLT in dose level 1 dn dmended dose level level 1A continued pemetiexed dt 300 mg m2 but with involved field iddidtion instedd of extended noddl iiiddidtion. Consoliddtion consisted of cdibopldtin AUC 6 dnd pemetiexed 500 mg m2 q3 weeks X 2 -3 cycles. Results Eighteen pdtients weie enrolled. Fourteen pdtients die evdludble foi toxicity dndlysis. Of the initidl 6 pdtients tiedted on dose level 1 two expeiienced DLTs one gidde 4 sepsis one piolonged gidde 3 esophdgitis . Theie wds one DLT gidde 5 pneumonitis in the 8 pdtients tiedted on dose level 1A. In 16 pdtients evdludble foi iesponse 4 with oligometdstdtic stdge IV disedse dnd 12 with stdge III disedse the medidn follow-up time is months.
