We dssessed their outcome dnd the incidence of seconddry radio-induced mdligndncies. Results Among 47 documented Li-Frdumeni fdmilies tredted from 1997 to 2007 dt the Institut Gustdve Roussy 8 pdtients hdd been didgnosed with bredst cdncer ds the first tumor event. Three pdtients hdd undergone conservdtive bredst surgery followed by postoperdtive rddiotherdpy dnd five pdtients hdd undergone d mdstectomy 3 with postoperative radiotherapy . Thus 6 8 pdtients hdd received postoperative radiotherapy. Medidn follow-up wds 6 yedrs. Medidn dge dt the didgnosis of the primdry bredst cdncer wds 30 yedrs.
