tailieunhanh - Understanding Software Project Management PMI fundamentals, Project Selection, Initial documents

An output of one step will be the input to another. Some inputs may be sourced from outside the project. These External Inputs (., Standards, Project Initiation report of another project, etc.) must be identified. The project products and external inputs will primarily determine the step dependencies. Define the dependencies, and dependency type, between the steps. Steps within a stage are not necessarily finish-start, but may be in parallel or phased. Stages may also run in parallel with one another. Do not specify dependencies at the stage level. Ensure that all dependencies with other projects are identified. Examine other Project Initiation Reports. | Planning and Managing Software Projects 2011-12 Class 3 Understanding Software Project Management PMI fundamentals Project Selection Initial documents Emanuele Della Valle http Credits 2 This slides are largely based on Prof. John Musser class notes on Principles of Software Project Management Original slides are available at http Reuse and republish permission was granted Planning and Managing Software Projects - Emanuele Della Valle POLITECNICO DI MILANO a Dipartimento di Elettronica e Informazione Today 3 PMI Fundamentals and Processes Project Selection Initial documents Statement of Work SOW Project Charter Planning and Managing Software Projects - Emanuele Della Valle POLITECNICO DI MILANO a Dipartimento di Elettronica e .
