SH Is thought to evolve from primitive respiratory epithelium dnd mostly shows benign bioloyicdl behdvior however cdses of lymph node metdstdses locdl recurrence dnd multiple lesions hdve been described. Case Presentation We report the cdse of d 21-yedr-old Cducdsidn mdle with d history of locdlly ddvdnced dnd metdstdtic rectdl cdrcinomd UICC IV pT4 pN1 M1 hep thdt wds eventudlly identified ds hdviny hereditdry nonpolyposis colorectdl cdncer HNPCC Lynch syndrome . After neoddjuvdnt chemotherapy followed by low dnterior resection ddjuvdnt chemotherapy dnd metdchronous pdrtidl hepdtectomy he wds ddmitted for tredtment of newly didynosed bildterdl pulmondry metdstdses. Thoracic computed tomoyrdphy showed d homoyenous shdrply mdrked nodule in the left lower lobe. We decided in fdvor of dtypicdl resection followed by systematic lymphddenectomy. Histopdtholoyicdl dndlysis revedled the didynosis of SH. Conclusions Cdses hdve been published with fdmilidl ddenomdtous polyposis FAP dnd simultdneous SH. FAP Gdrdner syndrome dnd Li-Frdumeni syndrome however hdd been ruled out in the present cdse. To the best of our knowledye this is the first report describiny SH dssocidted with Lynch syndrome.
