Clicking that button will launch your designated Web browser. You can sign in there and save your theme. Kuler is an excellent tool for working with and developing harmonious color themes. However it is merely an option. If you find it more intuitive to choose colors on the fly from the picker so be it. However if you decide to use Kuler I suggest you export your themes to the Swatches palette and access the colors from there. It is a nice storage area for colors. However to keep things organized you may want to clear the Swatches palette before adding your custom color themes to it.
