Internship is a period of time during which a student get practical experience in a job and it is extremely important. During this period, we have the opportunity to practice our specialized knowledge, communication skills in a practical environment. Thereby, we recognize the strengths to promote and the weaknesses to overcome and practice more for future work. | During the time I work as a head teacher of class 8A4, with the enthusiastic guidance of the head teacher of class 8A4 – Ms. Nguyen Thuy Vuong, I have learned many valuable lessons about head’s mission as well as teaching task. This is a good chance helping me to orient my future job. I realize that a teacher who not only stands in the class to teach but also urges and educate the students through meeting period. Therefore, the head work of a class plays an important position and he will get more and more experience, no book teaches those. As a head teacher, we must grasp the class characteristics to make the appropriate plan, help the class more advanced. A teacher must always love and take care of the students, do not yell them, just encourage and rectify their thoughts when they make mistakes. A head teacher is just an instructor, an advisor to the children in all activities, as for the students, they perform these activities. We should let them be independent and solve problems. In addition, the teacher must always be a dedicated teacher, a devoted friend, a patient listener and a good example for students and colleagues to learn and follow.
