At the JWPTE meeting in December 2007, the first update was presented (and subsequently unclassified, see COM/TAD/ENV/JWPTE/RD(2007)40/FINAL), covering developments in late 2006 and 2007. This document provides an update on developments in the field of RTAs and environment in late 2007 and 2008. It is based on publicly available information and refers to agreements which have been signed by the Parties, though not all have entered into force yet.
