I am also from Nalin’s team and other members of our team include Zahid Anwar and Mike Tucker. I am an I2CS student and can’t make it to the presentation live and am thus doing it over recorded PPT. We will be covering the protocols, SIP and VoIP in detail. We start off with a communication session and then move on to SIP and VoIP details. We will mainly be covering the SIP protocol since VoIP has been for the most part covered extensively Nalin. If you have any questions during the presentation, please write them down. We will be using an analogy of Skype – since it’s a tool that our team has used to coordinate between 4 locations: Urbana – IL, Texas, Seattle – WA, and UK! The first step is user location.
