Objectives Analyzing some factors related to the violence against health care workers at Saint Paul General Hospital in 2020. Methods Cross-sectional survey quantitative combined qualitative research. Results and conclusion 461 HCWs working at Saint Paul General Hospital participated through questionnaire. The study results showed that of HCWs experienced violence in the last 12 months. Some factors related to violence against HCWs include age group job position professional title duration of work and duration of time to contact with patients patients family clients.
