It proposes to ban smoking in all public places. This is for the first time and from the autumn. It follows a report by health experts. The report damns present government policy. 6. The licences to provide the rail service will last 10 years. The licences are intended to help rail companies to secure financial backing. The rail companies will improve punctuality and the standard of service. 7. The government has refused to accept responsibility. The government is trying to smooth things out behind the scenes. 8. Charges for entering all museums and art galleries will soon be dropped. This will hopefully lead to an increase in visitor .
