Method A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 296 older adults treated at the Department of Rheumatology the Department of Neurosurgery Rheumatology clinic University Medical Center Ho Chi Minh city. Results The prevalence of multimorbidity among participants was 43 2 128 296 . The common comorbidities included osteoarthritis and hypertension. However the multimorbidity group was less likely to be physically active than the other group. In the univariate logistic regression model multimorbidity was associated with frailty but the association was insignificant when the regression models were adjusted for age.
