This view has always been thoroughly grasped expressed in a specific way in documents and resolutions as well as in the actual process of leadership and direction of the Party s educational affairs. Most recently at the 13th Party Congress determined Strengthening education on patriotism national pride tradition and national history a sense of social responsibility for all classes of people especially the youth at the same time promoting education to raise awareness sense of respect and observance of the law protecting the environment preserving the national cultural identity of the Vietnamese people especially the young generation . From the above mentioned issues the article focuses on clarifying Ho Chi Minh s view on the method of moral education in which applying to moral education for students is now a necessary issue an important task with profound theoretical and practical significance. This will be the basis creating a premise for education and training moral feelings for students having the effect of guiding human behavior to achieve the highest value.
