On the basis of assessing the characteristics of ethnic minorities the Party Committee of Lam Dong province has paid attention to the implementation of ethnic affairs with a system of policies and synchronous solutions. Ethnic affairs has been carried out quite comprehensively thereby contributing positively to socio-economic development improving people s living standards infrastructure in rural deep-lying and remote areas has been gradually invested production has developed health care education culture social security are focused and interested combine economic development with solid defense and security consolidation. In addition to the achieved results the state management of ethnic affairs in the province is still facing difficulties and limitations requiring a system of synchronous solutions to timely and effectively overcome in the context of integration of the country in general and Lam Dong province in particular today.
