We conducted cross-sectional research combining quantitative and qualitative analyzed secondary data from all medical incidents reported from January 1 2019 to December 31 2021 and interviewed In-depth group discussion to analyze some influencing factors. There were 793 medical incidents reported with being reported voluntarily mainly by nurses technicians nurses . The majority were mild NC1 technical procedures and professional procedures . And provide influencing factors such as executive management medical care environment type of medical service and personal health of medical staff. Medical incidents have been reported by medical staff but not uniformly across positions. Therefore it is necessary to strengthen training promote voluntary medical incident reporting and a culture of learning from mistakes . Keywords Medical incident influencing factors.
