Subject and method A cross-sectional description study was conducted in ADR reports Thu Duc city hospital from January 2022 to June 2023. We collected the data including number of ADR reports ADR reports quality assessed based on VigiGrade scale drugs related to ADR the manifestations of ADR. Results The total number of ADR reports during the study period was 231 reports. Physicians and nurses were the primary reporters. The proportion of high-quality ADR reports was and the median quality score of the reports was 1. Beta-lactam antibiotics anesthetics and opioid analgesics were the major group of drugs causing ADR. Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders were the most commonly reported ADRs followed by cardiac disorders. The most frequently reported ADR manifestations were hypotension pruritus 29 and rash . Conclusion Hospital should take more effective solutions especially by strengthening clinical pharmacy activities to enhance ADR monitoring ensuring safe and rational drug use.
