However aside from the benefits research has also found that collaborating in science creates ethical concerns conflicts with the law and unequal access to science. Therefore the article proposes some recommendations to improve cooperation capacity in international scientific publishing. 1. Mở đầu Công bố khoa học được xem là một kết quả của quá trình nghiên cứu khoa học có thể dùng để đánh giá thành quả của một nghiên cứu khoa học. Một nghiên cứu khoa học tốt sẽ có công bố được xuất hiện trên những tạp chí khoa học hàng đầu Sonnenwald 2007 .
